Our approach
No single organisation has all the answers, but collectively we have the knowledge and wisdom we need to fight global warming.
Understanding the impact of our work is not simple, and linear metrics of success will never give us a full picture. We work with our partners to understand how systems are transforming and whether we are seeing the results we would all like to see.
We create space for reflection and sensemaking — through convening, dialogue, and moments of pause — to build on lessons from the past, surface emerging insights, and strengthen shared understanding. We share what we are learning with others.
Through this approach, learning becomes not only a way to understand impact, but a means of strengthening relationships, sharpening strategy, and delivering positive change together.
