Unlocking Finance for Green Small Businesses in Eastern Africa

The IKEA Foundation is supporting FSD Africa to assess how innovative financing instruments can unlock capital for small and growing businesses in Kenya, Uganda, and Ethiopia working in solid waste management, regenerative agriculture, and renewable energy. This work will help channel domestic and international finance towards entrepreneurs who are driving green economic growth — but are too often excluded from mainstream funding.
