Donation: The Wellbeing Project

The IKEA Foundation is supporting The Wellbeing Project, which provides wellbeing resources, peer networks, and healing programmes to more than 15,000 change leaders across 27 countries — including those working on climate action and humanitarian response. As burnout and stress rise across the social sector, this donation will help ensure that the people driving change can sustain their work over the long term, building the resilience and inner capacity needed to keep delivering impact in an increasingly demanding world.
