Advancing displaced talent and recruitment

The IKEA Foundation has supported Talent Beyond Boundaries, an organisation tackling the systemic barriers that prevent displaced people from accessing skilled migration pathways with funding to advance their mission. By working directly with governments to design refugee-inclusive immigration routes and with employers to facilitate recruitment, relocation, and settlement, Talent Beyond Boundaries helps skilled refugees rebuild their lives with dignity — while meeting labour needs in Australia, Canada, the UK, and the EU.
