Soft Toys Movement

Every time during the campaign period that you buy a cuddly soft toy at IKEA for a child in your life, the IKEA Foundation donates one euro to help educate children across the developing world.  In 2010, this programme expanded to include the entire range within Children’s IKEA for a week in stores worldwide.

To date, you’ve helped IKEA donate more than 35.2 million euro to Save the Children and UNICEF to support and expand their education programmes in over 40 countries in Africa, Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe.

SUNNAN Solar Lamps

Every time you buy a SUNNAN solar lamp, IKEA donates another one of these solar lamps to a child living in the developing world without easy access to electricity. To date, over 700,000 SUNNAN lamps have been sold helping thousands of children around the world.
